At Interscope Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all vinyl records and apparel are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 7-10 business days.
